Bodog offers 5 different poker games for its players: Texas Hold'em, Omaha Hi, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud and 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo. You can select or un-select the checkbox next to each game to show or hide the tables that feature the selected poker game.

You can also choose the Buy-In or table stakes range that you are looking to play. This includes Micro ($0.10/$0.25 or less), Low ($0.25/$0.50 to $1/$2), Medium ($2/$4 to $5/$10) and High ($5/$10 and above). Next to the buy-in is the Limit options. For each table game, you can play No Limit, Pot Limit or Fixed Limit. You can select or un-select the options which will limit the tables that are shown.

If you move to the Sit & Go Tournaments section, you will see the Card Game and Buy-In options again. Select or un-select to filter the tables that you see on the board. In addition to those options, you can choose the tournament type for the Sit & Go tables. These include Single Table SNG, Multi Table SNG, and Qualifier SNG which can help you score a ticket to one of the larger scheduled tournaments.

Moving on to the Scheduled Tournaments, you can choose between Regular tournaments (scheduled every day), Special tournaments (main event qualifiers), $100K Guaranteed tournaments (qualifiers for the $150 + $12 Sunday $100,000 GTD tournaments), Satellites (qualifiers to smaller stakes scheduled tournaments) and Private Tournaments.

Finally, if you go to the Zone Poker section, you will find tables similar to the Cash Games. The difference is that there can be 50 players or more at these Zone Poker tables. You won't be playing against more than 6 or 9 players at a time. But, you will only be seated at the table with those particular players for 1 hand before you are moved to another table with new players. The speed of the Zone Poker games is the main draw.

Bodog Poker Table

Bodog Poker offers anonymous poker tables. This means that you will receive a number instead of a username at the table. This is a feature which some people like and some people do not like. It all depends on whether you like to track players from one table to another table. Players do this tracking because it will give them a better idea of whether the player will call, raise or fold in certain situations. At Bodog, you simply have to play against the other players at your table long enough to get a good idea of the type of player that you are playing against.

You can take notes on any of the players at the table. If you click on the Notes tab that is next to the Chat, you can select a player at the table and write a note about that player. These notes can give you just as much good information on that person's tendencies.

The options for betting, raising or folding are very simple and hard to mess up. You will have 30 seconds to act during a normal game. This time will be shortened if you are playing a Turbo or Hyper Turbo tournament.
